Lost & Found


If you’ve lost an item, call COTA Connection Customer Service Center at 614-228-1776 or 614-228-4112 to see if it has been turned in. If the item has been found, you can pick it up the next business day after 11:30 a.m. at COTA Connection, 60 E. Broad St. Items lost on Friday, Saturday or Sunday can be retrieved Monday after 11:30 a.m.

To claim lost property, the owner must:
• Appear in person at COTA Connection with a photo ID. No item will be released to
anyone other than the owner and items will not be returned by mail.
• Provide an accurate description of the item lost, i.e. color/contents of a purse,
name of tapes and books.
• Sign (name and address) a claim tag.

If an item is not claimed by the owner after thirty (30) days, it will be disposed of in a manner consistent with local, state and federal law, as well as this policy.
